Novidat injection is used to treat lower respiratory tract infections, acute exacerbation of chronic sinusitis, urinary tract infections, and Genital tract infections.

Ciprofloxacin acts through inhibition of bacterial DNA gyrase ultimately resulting in interference with DNA function. Ciprofloxacin is highly active against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative organisms and has shown activity against some anaerobes.

What to do if the dose of Novidat Injection is missed?

 If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double your dose to make up for the missed one. 

Can Novidat Injection be used during pregnancy?

It is not recommended for use in pregnant women unless absolutely necessary. Discuss all the risks and benefits with your doctor before taking the medicine.
